Students, on the whole, have more leeway to exercise their own discretion regarding matters of personal finance. On other hand, current phenomenon does not indicate that students a good grasp financial concepts. In order for be able make most money they have, need provided with an education teaches them information and skills how properly handle funds. The goal this study is determine which factors, if any, effect literacy level possessed by university in city Serang, Indonesia. method used research go directly respondents who are samples get primary data. sampling technique ses proportionate random data collection techniques using questionnaire distribution technique. Factor analysis 17 indicator variables resulted 5 forming namely: 1) Management Factors, 2) Income 3) Budgeting 4) Education 5) Planning Factors.
